II. Job Description

The Learning Development Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training materials and programs, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This role demands a combination of creativity, strong project management skills, and a passion for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Implementation:

Assist in the execution of learning and development programs, including coordinating training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.

2. Content Development:

Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and develop training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.

3. Training Delivery:

Support the facilitation of training sessions, ensuring they meet learning objectives and engage participants effectively.

4. Administration:

Handle logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, participant registration, and managing training materials and resources.

5. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of training activities, evaluations, and participant feedback.

6. Needs Assessment:

Assist in conducting regular assessments to identify learning needs within the organization and contribute to program development based on feedback.

7. Vendor Coordination:

Work with external training vendors and consultants as required, ensuring that external resources align with program goals.

8. Measurement and Evaluation:

Support the measurement of learning program effectiveness and collect data for analysis to improve future programs.

9. Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies, bringing innovative solutions to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, human resources, or a related field.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.

  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and adaptable, with a passion for professional development.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
