Manage and post job openings on various platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Assist in the initial screening of potential candidates and coordinate with technical evaluators during the evaluation process.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and evaluators throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Cultivate strong networking relationships within the tech industry and potentially the educator community (optional).
Basic understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
Familiarity with job posting platforms and recruitment software.
Ability to work flexibly, including accommodating varying work hours and adjusting to changing priorities.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing the same).
Prior experience with recruitment processes or HR functions is a plus, but not mandatory.
The position may require occasional work outside of regular office hours, based on the demands of the recruitment cycle.
