In the ‘Train the Trainers’ program, the participants will be trained by industry experts in cutting-edge technologies for 26 weeks. The certification will give the trainer a kickstart to get ahead of their peers and upskill in avant-garde technologies that enhance their expertise and employability. The internship will also offer real-life ‘experiential teaching’ to enhance teaching skills that have been meticulously crafted into the program.
Training is provided to candidates who have a penchant for technology and are natural communicators with a passion for teaching. Admission to the course is not just limited to working professionals and graduates, applicants looking to re-enter the workforce including housewives and retirees can also apply. After the screening process which includes a written test and technical interview, selected candidates are trained for over a year. In this period, they undergo rigorous learning in programming languages like C, DS & ALGO, PYTHON, C++, JAVA, FULLSTACK and emerging technologies of AI/ML, Data Science and Blockchain etc. While showcasing exemplary skills in facilitating training sessions, aspirants would also have to demonstrate the capacity to develop content. After receiving the byteXL Technical Trainer Certification they embark on a fulfilling teaching career in a region of their choice, where they enjoy greater liberty in teaching with a lower student-to-tutor ratio, high job security and be associated with well-reputed institutions.
While the teachers will be equipped with must require skills and updated knowledge, the most innovative feature, that sets this training apart, is the stipend the learner will receive, unlike other courses where the candidate is expected to pay the institute a fee. This allowance is also subjected to increments as they advance in their training.
