The current report is a study that reflects the paradigm shift in the delivery of IT curricula and the learning curve across a 3-tier model. The report analyzes students' behavior from a sample size of 55,000 students, over 60 colleges actively pursuing IT-career readiness programs. The study offers a 360-degree purview of what Engineering and BTech graduates require to gear up for IT career-readiness with experiential learning and how colleges can be helpful in raising the student employability quotient.
