Teachers can earn a stipend totalling upto Rs 2 lakh while undergoing the training
byteXL, an experiential learning platform for IT career aspirants making them career-ready, has announced the launch of the ‘Train the Trainers’ program. The start-up offers to pay a stipend of up to Rs 2 lakh to the teachers while they undergo the specialised training developed by byteXL. While many teachers have to shell out a decent amount to get trained, byteXL is actually paying them to get trained. In 'Train the Trainers' program, the participants will be trained by industry experts for 26 weeks. The certification will give the trainer a kickstart to get ahead of their peers and upskill in avant-garde technologies. The internship will also offer real-life ‘experiential teaching' to enhance teaching skills.
The teachers will be equipped with skills & updated knowledge and they will receive stipend. This allowance is subjected to increments as they advance in their training. Upon successfully completing the certification, they will be absorbed into the company that operates in major cities across the country. The deserving teachers can earn upto Rs 2 lakh based on their progress during the training.
